Kelly Cole hit the New York real estate scene in 2003 with the same work ethic, drive and passion that made her a success on Broadway, in film and in television for over a decade. Originally from Central PA farm country, Kelly has kept those wholesome grass roots with her as she journeyed to Point Park University, then to San Francisco and ultimately HOME to New York City in 1985 to pursue her dance and theater career. As a homeowner in Upper Manhattan for 22 years (and Clinton before that), Kelly was the first broker from any large firm to focus on the Audubon and Hudson Heights sections of Washington Heights as well as Inwood in 2003. Today, Kelly and her team’s success extends to ALL Manhattan neighborhoods with up to 70 Closed Sales per year. It’s Kelly’s impressive knowledge of the inventory that enables them to get top dollar for sellers, often out-performing the market due to sharp negotiating savvy and a friendly business style.
